Select the protection options you want to use on your files in this dialog.

You may choose the type of protection Virus Clinic applies to files with these options.

When Lock applications is selected, applications are locked during protection operations. This is the same as locking files in the Finder Get Info window.

When Protect CODE resources is selected, the protect attribute of each CODE resource in applications is set during protection operations. Deprotecting a file does NOT reset the protect attribute of any CODE resource.

Inoculate files adds certain code-specific information to applications and startup documents during protection operations. This information is then verified by SAM Intercept when an inoculated file is run.
